We were told not to start making kimchi first as the instructor need to give us instruction. But Wan Qi started first without listening. I thought she will miss the steps since she didnt look at the instructor. Surprisingly, she was doing , listening and remembering the steps at the same time. So though she was slow as she spreaded the chilli mixture thoroughly on each and every piece , she did the steps correctly. Good job Wan Qi.
