I brought Wan Qi to school today as they only have an one hour session. Actually, I wanted to just bring her to school and then leave the fetching home to the bus ladies. However, I cant bear to leave her there knowing that she will leave the school in one hour time. So I decided to bring her home by myself and take a taxi home to school.
Unfprtunately, I had problem getting a taxi in the private estate. I panicked. I asked if Wan Qi wanted to take the school bus home afterall while I go to school by myself but she said she doent want want as she said she feels lonely whenever she takes a school bus.(Which is untrue as the bus ladies told us that Wan Qi always chit chat with her friends or sing song in the schoolbus)Well, upon hearing that which mum will still let her child take the schoolbus ya so in the end, since the bus arrived I decided to take a bus and MRT instead. But I was still worried that I will be late. Hence, I kept muttering to myself,"Oh dear, this time is the end of me, I will definitely get a scolding if I am late." Wan Qi upon hearing that started to cry.
I was guilty when I saw big tear drops rolled down her cheek. I should not have stress the little heart of hers. Its like putting the blame on her. I felt so so guilty and apologised to her. But she told me I dont have to apologise to her. She said she will earn big bucks and gave it to me when she grows big.
I thought to myself"Wow, she is quite matured in her thinking. She must be thinking if she earns big bucks next time, the mummy wont have to "WEI LE SAN DOU MI ER ZE YAO"Of course thats only my own interpretation. hee. After saying these she still continued to cry. I consoled her saying that it's ok its because I love her thats why I love to send her to school.( Which is true I love to see her on board the bus before I left for my work even though that means running 1km(approximately from sk mrt to school) at great speed to school everyday.) Only then that she calmed down and we took the train back home with my mum waiting at the control station.
Me??? Quickly dashed to take a cab and I was lucky to take one and arrive in school on the dot.
